Preparation:
- Bachelor’s degree in philosophy and psychology from Marquette University
- Master’s degree in counseling from Stanford University
- Training and certification by Wellcoaches® in the art and science of wellness coaching (endorsed by the American College of Sports Medicine)
Practice:
Experience developing, supporting, and helping people grow.
- Six years as a high school counselor and college dean
- Thirty years in leadership roles with the US Forest Service
Passion:

I love working with people who challenge themselves to build a healthier and happier life. I have particular empathy for those who, like myself, wake up one day in midlife wanting things to be better and not knowing exactly where to begin.
